HR Business Partner Opportunity

Uniting People is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the business by providing valuable support in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the recruitment process, attracting and onboarding top talent by collaborating with agencies, leveraging recruiting platforms, and utilizing social networks to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  2. Provide first-line support and advice on a range of employment issues and employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
  3. Contribute to HR activities and communication initiatives such as employee recognition programs, team building events, surveys, and charity initiatives.
  4. Review and update HR processes and policies in line with best practices and legal requirements, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
  5. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with projects, payroll, and benefits administration.
  6. Mentor and support the HR Admin Support in their professional development, providing guidance and coaching to help them grow in their role.

Key Skills

  1. Proven experience in HR recruitment, including collaboration with agencies, using recruiting platforms, and leveraging social networks.
  2. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  3. Flexible with excellent interpersonal, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Confident, creative, curious, friendly, and approachable with a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
