Job Summary

At CHANGE-IT CONSULTING LTD, we are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our product development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality products to market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Vision
    • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
  • Market Analysis and Insights
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
    • Communicate product updates, successes, and value to stakeholders.
  • Product Roadmap and Planning
    • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
    • Lead regular roadmap activities, including prioritization, planning, and execution.
  • Performance Metrics and Monitoring
    • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
    • Use data and insights to drive product decisions and improvements.
  • Business Case Development
    • Develop business cases for product initiatives and secure funding.
    • Ensure alignment with established processes and governance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of product development, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with product roadmapping, prioritization, and planning.
