Job Summary:

Hughes and Salvidge Ltd, a leading demolition contractor, is seeking a skilled Demolition Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site teams, ensuring quality, cost, and client delivery timescales are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple demolition projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with site teams to deliver high-quality results, meeting client expectations and company standards.
  • Develop and implement effective demolition plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Support the estimating and business development teams in tender submissions and contract negotiations.
  • Prepare and submit monthly valuations and applications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction management, with a strong background in site operations.
  • Ability to work from the company's Head office base on the South Coast.
  • Demonstrable contracts and commercial experience, with a strong understanding of contracts and expectations.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as CCDO Manager, CSCS Manager's black card, or a Construction Management Degree.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SHEQ regulations and the ability to manage site waste, environmental, and traffic management plans.
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
