We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mechanical Design and Analysis Engineer to join our team at oilandgas. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced technologies for gas turbine compressors.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that will transform the aviation industry. You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the design and development of gas turbine compressors, including the low-pressure compressor and booster module.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop gas turbine low-pressure compressor components, including discs, statics, aerofoils, seals, and attaching parts.
  • Conduct certification reports, design record book, and definition solutions for layouts, clash checks, materials, weights, and tolerances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute design projects.
  • Perform design trade studies to iterate existing architecture and improve performance, materials, weight, cost, aero, and thermal properties.
