**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Gas Turbine Compressors - Senior Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for executing design and development projects, collaborating with colleagues to capture and execute requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and develop gas turbine low pressure compressor components, including discs, statics, aerofoils, seals, and attaching parts.
  • Prepare certification reports, design record books, and definition solutions for layouts, clash checks, materials, weights, and tolerances.
  • Execute design in cross-functional teams and conduct design trade studies to iterate existing architecture and improve performance, materials, weight, cost, aero, and thermal properties.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders through good written and oral communication skills.

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrable experience in gas turbine low pressure compressor design and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.

**Note**

Candidates should be UK citizens, EU citizens, or valid work permit holders due to the nature of the work.
