Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Consultant or Group Healthcare Administrator to provide a comprehensive administration service to a range of SME and corporate clients for our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding employee benefits consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Group Healthcare schemes, including Group Private Medical insurance, and flexible benefit schemes.
- Provide excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with a range of SME and Corporate clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the consultancy by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients.
