Join our esteemed team, celebrated for crafting exceptional visual presentations and in-store displays within the retail sector. We are expanding our talented group and invite you to consider the role of a Regional Display Coordinator.

This position is field-based and includes a company vehicle, focusing on various locations throughout the region. Additionally, a uniform allowance will be provided.

This is a part-time role requiring 4 days of work, with the possibility of extra days during peak seasonal display changes, leading to an average contract of 33 hours.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Styling and dressing mannequins and display elements in the Fashion & Home sections across multiple stores in your designated area.
  • Developing seasonal themes for window displays by implementing new visual concepts and equipment.
  • Executing a schedule of store visits in your region on a continuous 3-week rotation.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in your area as part of the regional display team while also demonstrating initiative and independence.

About You:

  • You possess a keen sense of fashion trends, a creative background, and a strong aesthetic judgment.
  • Prior experience in mannequin styling is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • You maintain a positive outlook, are self-driven, and consistently strive for excellence in your work.
  • A flexible mindset is crucial, as workloads will vary with the seasons, requiring you to adapt swiftly.
  • You are a confident communicator who positively influences those around you.
  • Understanding the NEXT customer is essential; they should always be your top priority.
  • A valid UK driving license is a requirement for this position.
