Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

COS is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional customer experience within our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
  • Analyze sales data and take responsibility for the visual direction of the store.
  • Install window displays and create inspiring outfits and styling mannequins.
  • Merchandise stock on the shop floor according to company directives.
  • Support sales staff with store operations and set the visual merchandising standard for the store.
  • Be a brand ambassador and provide the best experience for our customers.

  • Knowledge of the latest trends, fashion, and silhouettes.
  • Experience working with visual merchandising guidelines, including window display and mannequin styling.

  • Experience managing store VM activations, including window and mannequin changes, promotional set-ups, and season-start layouts.
  • Success in collaborating with other managers/colleagues to achieve store goals.
Additional Information:

This is a full-time position with a contract of 39 hours a week. We offer attractive benefits, including a 25% staff discount, clothing allowance, cycle-to-work scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
