About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled In-Store Visual Merchandiser to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our Visual Merchandising Field Team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a visually inspiring shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional visual merchandising standards across all designated stores.
  • Adapt store layouts to suit individual store needs and stock packages while maintaining company standards.
  • Ensure fixtures, layouts, and customer navigation are maintained and up-to-date.
  • Analyse space management and best sellers to inform layout decisions.
  • Plan and communicate phase changes to store planograms.
  • Support phase change shifts in designated stores.
  • Ensure all marketing, graphics, and props are correct and relevant.

Stock Management:

  • Support store compliance reports, including daily new lines and range plans.
  • Ensure stock rotation and replenishment to maximise sales.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for customers and colleagues by adhering to store H&S guidelines.

Communication:

  • Work closely with in-store staff and managers to achieve visual merchandising goals.
  • Agree priorities with Regional Lead and store manager on a regular basis.
  • Feed back phase and stock issues to line managers and mock shop teams.
  • Collaborate with the in-store display team.
  • Control, manage, and order marketing items as needed.
  • Attend Head Office monthly for phase change updates.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a genuine passion for visual merchandising, excellent service skills, and a personal drive to deliver exceptional results. You will have good analytical, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to learn quickly and react in fast-moving environments.
