About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our client's team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the operational finance team, you will be responsible for providing a robust finance offering to the wider business. Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate production of management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
  • Leading the delivery of annual processes and budgets, with support from the operational team
  • Attending monthly reviews and presenting financial information to stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Contributing to financial appraisal processes and providing accurate projections for investment opportunities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Management Accountant role, with a relevant qualification
  • Team management experience and exposure to taxation (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities
