Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 administrator/engineer to join our growing Secure Services Team. The ideal candidate will have current or recent experience working in a Microsoft 365 dedicated role and will be familiar with operating, managing, securing, and optimizing a cloud-based Microsoft 365 service portfolio.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the Secure Services offering for multiple clients, primarily underpinned by Microsoft 365 based collaborative technologies. This will involve designing, executing, and optimizing Office 365 services, including Intune and MDM Administration, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and optimize Office 365 services, including Intune and MDM Administration, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Outlook.
- Manage and maintain the Secure Services offering for multiple clients, ensuring seamless delivery of Microsoft 365 based collaborative technologies.
- Collaborate with the Secure Services Team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' proven experience in the design, execution, and optimization of Office 365 services.
- 2+ years' experience working in a Service Desk environment, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles.
- Strong customer focus and customer service attitude.
- Desirable skills include experience with Power BI, Forms, and Power Automate, as well as awareness of emerging Azure services and Microsoft roadmap.
