Job Summary:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Staff Nurse to join our team. As a Community Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an out-of-hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the holistic assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain high standards of care.
  • Re-assess and re-evaluate programs of care when needed.
  • Participate in the clinical delivery of the service, including completing holistic patient assessments, designing and regularly reviewing care plans, and delivering effective clinical care.
  • Assist with the daily coordination of the team, including daily handover, allocation of work, and managing referrals and telephone messages.

Requirements:

  • Experience of writing accurate records.
  • Evidence of provision of high standards of clinical care.
  • Experience in administration of drugs or willingness to attend study days.
  • Knowledge of standard setting/clinical audit.
  • Community experience/community placement.

  • An excellent salary of £31,163 - £37,875 per annum, Band 5 and Band 6 available inclusive HCAS.
  • A permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours a week.
