Oxfam shops have been at the heart of our charity and community since 1948, raising vital funds and increasing public awareness of our work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and provide operational support to our shops within a defined geographical area.
  • Cover short-term shop manager absences to ensure uninterrupted trading and maximize income generation.
  • Collaborate with Area Manager and shop managers to allocate shop cover effectively.
  • Build trusting relationships in each shop to maintain engaged and motivated teams.
  • Maximize Net Sales Contribution (NSC) and Gift Aid (GA) in all covered shops to agreed targets.
  • Deliver continuous improvement support against specific KPIs.
  • Actively contribute to the local community and wider Retail network.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail or operational management experience.
  • Agile and adaptable working style.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
