We are seeking a talented and passionate Store Manager to join our team in Stratford-Upon-Avon. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving local initiatives, developing strong relationships with customers, and inspiring the growth and development of your teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement local initiatives to drive store performance and customer engagement.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers to maintain brand loyalty and drive sales.
  3. Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Optimize in-store experience by ensuring team members are efficient in all operational tasks.
  5. Manage payroll budget to deliver wages to sales budget for your store.
  6. Make brave decisions to deliver commercial excellence and ensure brand standards are met.
  7. Evaluate store performance using KPIs and identify development areas.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in team management and customer service.
  2. Strong commitment to maintaining excellent store standards.
