Job Summary:

Talent Finder is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business results
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
