Job Title: Shop Manager

Talent Finder is seeking a skilled Shop Manager to join our team in Stratford–upon-Avon. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
