Our Mission

We are looking for a warm, passionate, and talented Store Manager to join our team in Stratford-Upon-Avon. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving local initiatives and events to attract new customers and delight our existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Community Engagement: Develop a real connection with your local community by driving local, relevant events and initiatives to drive your store forward.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Develop a strong personal relationship with your store's top customers to maintain strong brand engagement.
  3. Omnichannel Experience: Delight our customers through all our channels – Store, Tablet, One Stock, and Click & Collect.
  4. Team Development: Inspire the growth and development of your teams through regular performance reviews.
  5. Operational Efficiency: Optimise the in-store experience by ensuring team members are efficient in all operational tasks, utilising Brand Best Practice.
  6. Payroll Management: Effectively manage your payroll budget to deliver wages to sales budget for your store.
  7. Commercial Excellence: Feel empowered to make brave decisions that deliver commercial excellence, ensuring that promotions, sales, and visual merchandising guides are carried out to brand standards.
  8. Performance Evaluation: Work with KPIs to evaluate the store's performance and identify development areas.
  9. Operational Compliance: Ensure that the store complies with requirements in all areas of operational activity, policy, and procedure with specific regard to stock and cash security.

Requirements

  1. Team Management Experience: Experience in team management is essential for this role.
  2. Customer Service Commitment: A strong commitment to customer service and maintaining excellent store standards is required.
