The Opportunity
We're seeking a talented Store Manager to join our team at Fraser's Group. As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. You'll work closely with our Area Manager to achieve business objectives, develop and implement effective store strategies, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Support the planning and execution of store events, promotions, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and address operational challenges.
Requirements
- Supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
