Role Overview
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to execute Quality Assurance (QA) processes aimed at guaranteeing positive customer experiences by ensuring compliance with procedural guidelines, regulatory standards, and company policies. You will evaluate the complete customer journey and adhere to Consumer Duty expectations during QA activities, ensuring equitable and sustainable customer outcomes.
In this role, you will be expected to:
Conduct Quality Assurance evaluations in alignment with productivity benchmarks Maintain subject matter expertise regarding operational procedures to facilitate accurate and effective QA assessments Exhibit consistent judgment and offer constructive feedback to colleagues to enhance their skills and improve customer results Identify significant risks, trends, and opportunities for enhancement, sharing both exemplary practices and common issues with team members Appropriately escalate any major regulatory or procedural violations Recognize and report inadequacies in operational procedures that adversely affect customer experiences or business efficiency Complete scorecards succinctly, noting any identified risks and necessary corrective actionsRequired Qualifications
Essential Skills
