Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Advanced Manufacturing Apprentice. As an apprentice, you will work within multiple engineering disciplines, putting propeller design ideas into manufacture. Your new skills will enable you to manufacture propellers for large aircraft, including the C130J Hercules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within multiple engineering disciplines to design and manufacture propellers for large aircraft
  • Develop technical skills and knowledge in propeller design and manufacturing
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and technicians to ensure high-quality propeller production
  • Participate in projects and training outside of your apprenticeship to enhance your interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
Requirements
  • 4 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or equivalent, including Mathematics, English, and a Science
  • Motivated and enthusiastic team player
  • Inquisitive and willing to try new things
  • Focused, organized, and want to learn
  • Creative and innovative problem solver
  • Keen to seek opportunities to learn and develop
