Luxury Residential Concierge Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Residential Concierge to join our team at a prestigious private residential development in West London. As a key member of our Concierge team, you will provide exceptional 5* service to all residents and their visitors, offering lifestyle services and dealing with all requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meet and greet visitors and suppliers, ensuring a smooth move-in for all residents.
  2. Efficiently manage the lobby and lounges, maintaining a high level of tidiness throughout.
  3. Perform health & safety checks and conduct visual inspections of the site.
  4. Liaise with the housekeeping and maintenance team regarding any issues.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience as a Concierge/receptionist at a 5* hotel, private members club or another luxury residential development. You will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively in a team and provide exceptional customer service.
