About the Role

Squarcle is a boutique consultancy that helps clients achieve operational excellence through the design and execution of supply chains and operations. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team of subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, acting as a trusted advisor and aiming to ensure buy-in for case for change and delivery approach.
    • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and industry trends.
    • Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Engagement Management and Execution
    • Contribute to Engagement success by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
    • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyse industry and market data to support business decisions.
    • Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements.
    • Process Documentation: Assist in documenting business processes and workflows.
    • Support Senior Analysts: Provide support to senior business analysts and project managers in various project lifecycle activities.
    • Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Solution Implementation: Assist in the implementation of business solutions.
    • Reporting: Create and maintain reports that track project progress, performance metrics, and other key indicators.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue follow on work and new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
    • Support to the sales and bid processes where assigned by the Executive Director of Growth and Head of Consulting.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship
    • Provide guidance for more junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
    • Mentor and develop more junior consultants, assisting in their professional growth.
    • Foster knowledge sharing and best practices within the consulting team.
  • Thought Leadership and Industry Expertise
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the consulting domain.
    • Participate in professional development activities, such as attending seminars or pursuing relevant certifications.
