We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Analyst to join our team at Rovco Ltd. As a founding member of our Office of the CEO and Strategy team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our company's strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct business and market analysis to support fundraising efforts and business strategy.
- Develop strategic business plans, competitive analyses, business cases, and data-driven recommendations to support our executives.
- Collaborate with our business units, including sales and product management, on strategic and market research to help them achieve their goals.
- Contribute to the management of our company OKRs by tracking and analyzing company data.
- 3+ years' experience in consulting or investment banking, 5+ years' experience in an internal strategy, business analytics, or market analysis team, or a mix of both.
- Experience in (renewable) energy, climatetech, industrials, AI, and/or B2B tech.
- Experience managing projects, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Degree in business, economics, data analytics, or other analytical and/or market research focused field is a plus.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint presentations, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau), and market research tools. Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Flexible working options including compressed hours.
