About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacies and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including stock control, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with regional healthcare managers to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of pharmacy practice.
Requirements
  • Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist with a strong track record of leadership and management experience.
  • Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy setting.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
