We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profit through the achievement of targets.
- Ensure compliance with GPhC (PSNI) standards and operational requirements.
- Provide direct line management support to team members and contribute to the development of their skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with Regional Healthcare Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist.
- Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and ability to maximize profit through the achievement of targets.
