About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide high-quality patient care and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profit through the achievement of targets and efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of pharmacy practice.
  • Collaborate with regional healthcare managers to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist with a strong understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and commercial principles.
  • Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
