As the Director of Global Workforce Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading the strategy for the contingent workforce talent acquisition and ongoing management on a global scale.
This role will lead all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary, contract, and freelance positions, ensuring Arm attracts top talent across all regions. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the contingent labor market, strong leadership skills, and will drive operational excellence in a multifaceted and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement a Global Strategy: Develop and implement a global strategy for contingent labor recruitment and management that aligns with Arm's overall talent acquisition goals.
- Lead a Small Team: Lead a small team providing direction, mentorship, and performance management of recruitment targets.
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders: Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to understand workforce needs and ensure the contingent labor strategy supports strategic objectives.
- Full Cycle Recruitment: Responsible for the full cycle of contingent recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, negotiation, and onboarding of contingent workers.
- Process Standardization: Implement standardized processes, tools, and metrics to measure and improve efficiency and effectiveness of contingent labor globally.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with global labor laws and internal policies related to contingent workforce management.
- Market Insights and Budget Management: Provide insight to the business on market conditions, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices for contingent workers. Develop and manage budget, ensuring cost-efficient strategies are in place.
- Financial Reporting: Report on key financial metrics providing regular updates to key partners.
- Strong Leadership and People Management Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to encourage and empower a global team.
- Global Labor Market Understanding: Significant understanding of global labor markets, particularly in relation to contingent labor and flexible work arrangements, including an understanding of IR35 and 1099 assessment and process.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Ability to articulate the 'future of the workforce' and what this means for talent acquisition strategy.
- Recruitment Technology: Proficient in using recruitment technology platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Vendor Management Systems.
- Scalable Recruitment Processes: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing scalable recruitment processes and systems for contingent workforces.
- Digital Transformation: Experience with digital transformation and implementing technology solutions to improve recruitment processes.
- Project Management: Project management skills, particularly around global employment complexity and the aim to develop solutions that are compliant and scalable.
- Diverse and Multicultural Teams: Experience working with diverse and multicultural teams to share their outstanding contributions to Arm's success in the global marketplace.
