Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective GRC strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a distributed team of GRC professionals to deliver high-quality risk management, business continuity, and compliance services.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to inform information security strategies, roadmaps, and operating models.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to drive a culture of security and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in information security and 5+ years of management experience.
  • Proven track record of leading GRC functions, including team management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategy development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide senior-level reporting on GRC operations and risk.
