Job Description

**Job Title:** Hungarian Game Tester - Quality Assurance Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Hungarian language quality assurance specialist to join our team at Universally Speaking. As a game tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our games by identifying and reporting linguistic bugs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Test games and applications to ensure linguistic accuracy and correctness
  • Identify and report linguistic bugs using industry-standard bug databases
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure localization quality assurance effectively tests and supports all features of the project
  • Participate in test requirement gathering and contribute to the development of test cases
  • Continuously improve and refine the localization quality assurance process

**Requirements:**

  • Expert-level proficiency in Hungarian
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Passion for video games and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to quality assurance
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite

**Nice to Have:**

  • Previous experience in localization quality assurance, translation, or proofreading
  • Knowledge of CAT tools (MemoQ) and software tools used for LQA testing
  • Understanding of the video game industry and trends
