Job details Job Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with learning difficulties and physical disabilities in a secondary school setting. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the best possible education. Visa Sponsorship: Please note that visas cannot be sponsored for this position. Key Stage: You will be working with students in Key Stage 3, 4, and 5. Working Pattern: The working pattern for this role is part-time, 39 weeks per year, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:15 am to 3:15 pm (term time only plus staff training days). Contract Type: This is a permanent contract. Pay Scale: The pay scale for this role is Bucks Pay Range 2, Point 11 to Point 15, approximately £15,671 to £17,163. Desirable Skills and Experience: It would be desirable for the successful candidate to have knowledge of the needs of students with learning difficulties and physical disabilities, as well as experience working with students of secondary school age in an education setting. However, training will be given.
