Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Coordinator to join our team at Complete Property Recruitment. As a Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Sales and Lettings team, ensuring the smooth operation of our property business.

Key Responsibilities
  • AML Document Management: Verify and process Anti-Money Laundering documents from sellers and buyers.
  • ID Verification: Verify identification documents from sellers and buyers.
  • Solicitor Liaison: Communicate with solicitors to verify documents and ensure compliance.
  • Land Registry Checks: Conduct land registry checks to ensure property ownership and accuracy.
  • Property Listings: Prepare and update property listings for online portals.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our property database.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales and Lettings team as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a property administration role.
  • Skills: Excellent administrative and compliance skills, with experience in database management.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
