Key Responsibilities- AML Document Management: Verify and process Anti-Money Laundering documents from sellers and buyers.
- ID Verification: Verify identification documents from sellers and buyers.
- Solicitor Liaison: Communicate with solicitors to verify documents and ensure compliance.
- Land Registry Checks: Conduct land registry checks to ensure property ownership and accuracy.
- Property Listings: Prepare and update property listings for online portals.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our property database.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales and Lettings team as needed.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a property administration role.
- Skills: Excellent administrative and compliance skills, with experience in database management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Language: English (fluency required).
