Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial services firm in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide administrative support to our senior paraplanners and financial advisers, ensuring seamless communication with clients and efficient management of client relationships.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately maintain and update client records on Salesforce, ensuring compliance with GDPR, FCA, and SJP protocols.
- Correspondence and Communication: Prepare and send correspondence to clients, including post-review letters, and liaise with external providers to obtain necessary information.
- Administrative Tasks: Process fund switches, rebalances, and withdrawals, as well as prepare business submission documents and manage mailboxes in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Paraplanning team to ensure client presentations are obtained ahead of meetings and provide cover for other team members as needed.
- Education and Experience: A degree-level education or previous work experience in an office environment to a high standard.
- Skills and Qualities: Impeccable attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, engaging and professional telephone manner, time management, and IT literacy.
