Job Title: Head of Product (Markets)

We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our Product Management team as the Head of Product (Markets). As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving product-market fit, overseeing product initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • Participate in the departmental leadership team, contributing to product strategy, operating model, and departmental culture.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication between product, engineering, business services, marketing, sales, and support teams.
  • Co-develop and execute market-specific product strategies and plans that deliver value to customers while driving business growth.
  • Ensure accountability in product planning and execution through clear goal setting and transparent reporting on progress.
  • Design and implement effective and efficient GTM processes, ensuring pricing & packaging strategies are developed as part of every GTM effort.
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and areas for innovation.
  • Partner management, either directly or in support of the market-specific Senior Product Managers.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7-10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a product leadership role.
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering successful SaaS products, ideally in the financial/accounting software industry.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams, levels, and cultures.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product development lifecycles, and product discovery methodologies.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience in metrics-driven product management.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to work independently with business cases, budgets, and forecasts.
