About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to join our team as Head of Product (Markets). As a key member of our Product Management department, you will be responsible for driving product-market fit and overseeing the execution of our product initiatives across our markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Develop and execute market-specific product strategies and plans that deliver value to customers while driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business services, marketing, sales, and support, to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and areas for innovation.
  • Ensure accountability in product planning and execution through clear goal setting and transparent reporting on progress.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7-10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a product leadership role.
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering successful SaaS products, ideally in the financial/accounting software industry.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams, levels, and cultures.
