Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organization's IT assets, including software and hardware, to ensure optimal utilization and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Asset Governance: Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT asset management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT assets, including licenses, service agreements, and warranties.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that IT assets are properly configured and maintained to minimize security risks and compliance issues.
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Develop and implement strategies for procuring and sourcing IT assets, ensuring optimal utilization of budget and resources.
  • Configuration Management: Design and implement processes for managing IT asset configurations, including versioning and dependencies.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track IT asset utilization, costs, and performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT asset management, IT service management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware, IT service management processes, and configuration management databases.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
