Requirements:
- ACA qualified with extensive experience in a senior supervisory position.
- Proven track record of business development, team leadership, and client relationship management.
- Strong commercial understanding, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
