Our client, a well-established retail display company, is seeking a detail-oriented Production Admin Account Handler to join their dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:


Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing their accounts and ensuring exceptional service from project initiation through to delivery and installation.

Collaborate with design, warehouse, and installation teams to meet client requirements and deadlines.

Prepare quotes and process customer orders efficiently.

Raise client invoices, approve purchase invoices, and provide accurate month-end work-in-progress data for projects.

Address and resolve client queries and complaints promptly, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Provide holiday/sickness cover for the production administration team and support day-to-day office operations.

Required Skills:


Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.

Able to prioritize workload and work effectively under pressure.

Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and SAGE.

Strong financial understanding of month-end processes and requirements.

Ability to identify and progress new sales opportunities as they arise.

Understanding of logistics is beneficial but not essential.

Willingness to learn and rise to a challenge.
