About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team at GDH. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care within our Neuro Rehab Centre (NRC) and potentially contribute to Orthopaedic wards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments for patients, evaluating their needs and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Manage a diverse caseload autonomously, demonstrating clinical expertise and sound judgment in providing evidence-based interventions.
  • Supervise, mentor, and assess students, assistants, and junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the advancement of clinical practice by undertaking audit and research projects, sharing your findings with colleagues and stakeholders.
