Job Summary:

Croda International Plc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SHE Administrator to provide administrative support to our SHE team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing confidential administrative support to the general site, including the senior management team, as well as a range of SHE administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide private and confidential administrative support for Occupational Health provision and locally based HR systems
  • Administer SHE reporting, communication, and improvement activities
  • Manage Occupational Health appointments
  • Raise purchase orders via SAP
  • Coordinate visits to site
  • Manage overtime and absence forms
  • Provide general office administrative support (filing, updating paperwork)

Requirements:

  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Effective communication skills, capable of working with employees at all levels
  • Ability to work to a high and consistent standard with good attention to detail
  • Capability to manage confidential information in a professional and discrete manner
  • Passion for high standards and continuous improvements
  • Educated to GCSE level with passes in Maths and English
