Croda International Plc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SHE Administrator to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our SHE team, you will provide administrative support to the general site, including the senior management team, and contribute to various SHE administration duties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide private and confidential administrative support for Occupational Health provision and locally based HR systems.
- Administer SHE reporting, communication, and improvement activities.
- Manage Occupational Health appointments.
- Raise purchase orders via SAP.
- Coordinate visits to site.
- Manage overtime and absence forms.
- Provide general office administrative support, including filing and updating paperwork.
