About the Role

Croda International Plc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SHE Administrator to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our SHE team, you will provide administrative support to the general site, including the senior management team, and contribute to various SHE administration duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide private and confidential administrative support for Occupational Health provision and locally based HR systems.
  • Administer SHE reporting, communication, and improvement activities.
  • Manage Occupational Health appointments.
  • Raise purchase orders via SAP.
  • Coordinate visits to site.
  • Manage overtime and absence forms.
  • Provide general office administrative support, including filing and updating paperwork.
