Job Title: Commercial Contracts Administrator

Are you looking for a challenging role in contract administration? VANRATH is recruiting a Commercial Contracts Administrator to work for a well-respected Property Services Contractor in Magherafelt, Northern Ireland.

About the Role:

Supported by the Head of Contracts, this role will assist with the contractual management, administration, and commercial monitoring of Measured Term Maintenance Contracts. You will also be responsible for monitoring contracts' KPI performance and helping to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor invoicing timelines and cashflow performance and report on any discrepancies
  • Audit and approve subcontractor invoices and resolve any issues
  • Monitor contract compliance and ensure standards are met and maintained
  • Obtain quotes from the supply chain, compile estimates for contract works, and monitor statutory approvals/certifications
  • Track contract compliance and correspondences, ensuring timelines are met
  • Log and track team tasks and ensure actions are completed on time
  • Monitor and report on progress against team KPIs and targets
  • Undertake training and attend meetings as required for the proper performance of duties
Requirements:
  • Construction support background in previous roles
  • Strong administration skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of commercial and financial processes and activities
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT skills
  • Effective time and task management, meeting strict deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid team-working and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, structured, and robust planning and organisational skills to manage own workload to strict deadlines
