Key Responsibilities
As a Lean Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role within the LPM function, promoting the integration of agile delivery and principles throughout the organization. Your focus will be on optimizing workflow, fostering a culture of continuous lean governance and improvement, and achieving innovative results that align with our strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating and promoting essential ceremonies and processes within a scaled agile framework; capturing, defining, and analyzing key metrics across the portfolio; and ensuring ongoing strategic alignment with the broader enterprise portfolio. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to think both in detail and from a broader perspective.

You will be an active team member dedicated to enhancing operational excellence and advocating for the adoption of agile principles across the organization. Your contributions will be vital in shaping this transformative journey and reinforcing our reputation as a leader in customer service within the financial sector.

Qualifications

• Exceptional facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of data, enabling you to identify key themes and impacts, and define relevant metrics and performance outcomes

• Confidence in supporting the adoption of agile ceremonies and processes, including quarterly portfolio reviews, objectives and key results (OKRs), portfolio syncs, and guardrail agreements, while promoting a knowledge management culture

• Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, and the MS Office suite, along with collaborative online tools.

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of agile project methodologies, preferably within an IT environment
