Key Responsibilities:

  • QA Process Management: Drive QA processes within the team using both manual testing and automation frameworks, ensuring that high-quality software products are delivered to the market.
  • Automated Testing: Create, maintain, and deploy automated test suites for functional, system, and regression test cases, embedded within the delivery team.
  • Shift-Left Testing: Promote a shift-left testing approach, fostering a culture of quality ownership across the development team, and ensuring that quality is integrated into every stage of the development process.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize pipelines in an Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps for the deployment of automation test suites, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of software products.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a software tester, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java/Kotlin or Objective C/Swift, with experience in creating and maintaining automated test suites.
  • Communication Skills: Strong skills in communication, coordination, and prioritization to manage test processes and workload effectively.
  • Mobile Testing: Confident in reviewing and implementing mobile automation tests using tools such as XCUITest or Android JUnit, with extensive experience in mobile application testing.
  • Attention to Detail: An eye for detail and a keen interest in application design and user experience.
  • Platform Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mobile platforms and accessibility options.
  • Certification: ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certificate with a solid understanding of formal test techniques.
