Your Impact
As a Lean Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role within the LPM function, facilitating the integration of agile methodologies and principles throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will include supporting the facilitation and adoption of essential ceremonies and processes within a scaled agile framework. Qualifications

• Exceptional facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of data, enabling you to identify key themes and impacts while defining relevant metrics and performance outcomes.

• Confidence in supporting the adoption of agile ceremonies and processes, including quarterly portfolio reviews, objectives and key results (OKRs), portfolio syncs, and guardrail agreements, while fostering a knowledge management culture with key teams and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, and the MS Office suite, along with collaborative online tools.

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of agile project methodologies, preferably within an IT context.
