About the Role

We are seeking a passionate leader to join our team at Butlins as a Venue Manager in the Buffets Department.

As a Venue Manager, you will play a vital role in helping our guests create unforgettable dining experiences. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing our guests with an exceptional and entertaining holiday experience.

This role will involve split shifts with our breakfast and evening dining times, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

You should enjoy developing and leading a team, be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, and have the ability to drive standards and excellence.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness, driving consistent brand standards, and operating efficiently in everything you do.

The role will also involve analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and stock control systems to maximize gross profit margins, adhering to food safety and health & safety policies.

You should have a real passion for leading by example, inspiring others, and ensuring that our guest experience is always your top priority.

We are looking for an individual with prior experience in hospitality, such as a busy restaurant, bar, or retail environment, where a balance of speed and quality is essential.

You should be passionate about leading and developing a team, supporting people through regular one-to-one discussions and coaching.

Delivering an amazing experience to our guests is the most important part of this role, so you should be passionate about every interaction and seek opportunities to improve this wherever possible.
