Supply Chain Support Analyst - Temporary Position

This role is designed for a temporary engagement, expected to last between 3 to 6 months.

Hybrid working model, with initial on-site training.

Standard working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Complimentary parking is available.

Compensation is set at an hourly rate of £12.82.

Proficiency in Excel is required, particularly with v-lookups and pivot tables.

You will be part of a team of 8, integrated within a larger group of 20.

Prior supply chain experience is not mandatory.

Role Overview: The primary objective of this position is to assist the Supply Chain department in the daily management of the complete supply process for designated product categories. This includes overseeing the stock flow strategy, whether through automated replenishment systems or manual allocations. You will play a crucial role in forecasting stock needs and managing the flow of products while ensuring that inventory levels at both stores and Distribution Centres are optimized to meet demand and achieve stock targets.

  • Assist the supply chain team in setting up forecasting and replenishment processes to enhance product availability.
  • Meet inventory turnover targets to support the sales strategy across various channels.
  • Process import and domestic orders as needed.
  • Manage order suggestions generated by the forecasting and replenishment systems.
  • Prepare inputs for the Distribution Centre (DC) for both store and online products.
  • Ensure timely order placement.
  • Modify orders and verify that all systems reflect accurate data.
  • Document all orders that are created, modified, shipped, and received at the DC.
  • Generate reports as requested by the Stock Team regarding order management and product flow.
  • Oversee compliance with our requirements among international and domestic vendors.
  • Provide reports to Supply Chain Analysts as needed.
  • Assist Supply Chain Analysts with all administrative tasks related to imports and domestic operations.
  • Evaluate and improve internal and external processes and procedures.
  • Train team members on proper procedures, processes, and documentation.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and adherence to deadlines.
  • Utilize available tools and reports to manage store replenishment effectively, including the ability to block replenishment when necessary.
