About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Deputy Freedom to Speak Up Guardian at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an expert resource for Trust colleagues on all aspects of practice relating to the speaking up agenda.
  • Protect patient safety and quality of care by promoting a culture of openness and transparency.
  • Improve the experience of workers by providing effective and compassionate support and guidance.
  • Promote continuous learning and improvement by supporting the Lead Guardian on interpreting and advising on national policy, guidance, and standards on Freedom to Speak up across the Trust.
  • Support the organisation with the 'Well Led' CQC inspections.
