Job Summary

The Deputy Freedom to Speak Up Guardian will provide administrative support to the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian, ensuring the smooth operation of the role. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian role.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide customer-focused service to stakeholders, including employees, patients, and visitors.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE (L2) Grade C or equivalent in Mathematics and English Language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Knowledge and experience of administrative procedures and systems.
  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate service.
  • Minute taking skills and experience of arranging meetings for others and diary management.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to plan and work independently, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
