Freedom to Speak Up Team Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join our Freedom to Speak Up Team as a Team Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small friendly team providing administrative support to the Guardian and Deputy Guardian in contributing to Dorset HealthCare's drive to improving culture, staff experience and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to people using the Service, acting often as the first point of contact for a range of queries and routine information from members of staff, across the Trust, and external organisations.
- Refer any irresolvable or more complex issues or concerns to the Deputy/Lead Guardian.
- Administer the FTSU feedback process when cases are closed down.
- Monitor evaluations regarding the experience of the FTSU process from feedback forms and produce periodic evaluation summaries for the Deputy/Lead Guardian.
- Provide administrative support and management of diaries for the Deputy/Lead Guardian, necessitating daily use of Microsoft Office software, including setting up and updating presentations using a variety of media.
