Freedom to Speak Up Team Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join our Freedom to Speak Up Team at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Guardian and Deputy Guardian, contributing to our drive to improve culture, staff experience, and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional, friendly, and efficient service to staff and external organisations, acting as the first point of contact for queries and routine information.
- Refer complex issues or concerns to the Deputy/Lead Guardian.
- Administer the FTSU feedback process when cases are closed down.
- Monitor evaluations and produce periodic summaries for the Deputy/Lead Guardian.
- Provide administrative support and diary management for the Deputy/Lead Guardian, using Microsoft Office software.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (L2) Grade C or equivalent in Mathematics and English Language.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Experience of working in an administration role, preferably in a corporate service.
- Ability to plan and work independently, prioritise tasks, and work under pressure.
